[How to Apply] 5 Steps on e-Health (Online)
⚠️ Don't go to the hospital first! You MUST apply and get the Referral Form (의뢰서) before visiting the clinic!

- Referral Issue: Receive your 'Check-up Referral Form' (의뢰서). It's valid for 3 months.
- Clinic Visit: Choose a 'Participating OB-GYN or Urology clinic' from the list on the website.
- Pay First: Pay at the clinic and keep the detailed receipt (진료비 세부내역서).
- Claim Reimbursement: Submit receipts via e-Health with your bank account info, or via the 'i-Ma-Jung' app within 3 months of the test.
